There is an EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests. It is located on the side of the cabin next to the front deck. Note: you will need an adapter for Tesla.

There is parking available for several vehicles. The circular driveway makes for easy access in and out.

There is direct access from the backyard to Big Creek. Please note There are steep stairs down to access the creek - please use handrail at all times.
Please Note: We will not be responsible for injury as a result of use. Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent three days prior to your arrival.

Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.

We will not be available in person and prefer to communicate through the app.

🐶 We are dog friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. Dog must be under 50 lbs. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more details.

Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. There is a lantern in the laundry room behind the curtain above the washer/dryer. The wood burning stove should keep you warm during an outage. There are extra throw blankets in the basket under the coffee table in the living room and in the King bedroom closet. Outages typically last a few hours. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control.

Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option.

We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town.

Firewood is not provided. It can be purchased at several places in Ashford. PLEASE NOTE: it is the guest’s responsibility to check if outdoor fires (firepit) are allowed during their stay.

🔹A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
🔹Dogs must weigh under 50 pounds and be fully housebroken.
🔹Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed in the home.
🔹Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding.
🔹Guest must provide crate and/or kennel.
🔹Dog must be secured in a crate/kennel if left alone at any point.
🔹Guest must pick up & dispose of dog waste in securely tied bags.
🔹Dogs must be on leash when outside.
🔹Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
🔹There is a pet fee. Please include your pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged.
