**1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY**
Guest must accurately disclose the number of adults, children, and pets in the booking. This number applies to both overnight and daytime visitors. Unauthorized over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund.

A $500 fee applies for indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted only with windows and doors closed. Guest is liable for odor or residue removal costs.
**3. PET POLICY**
Pets must be pre-approved and disclosed in advance. An Animal Addendum is required for all pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. Unauthorized animals may result in eviction and fees.

**5. CLEANLINESS**
Guests are expected to maintain the home in a respectful condition and report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of arrival.
**6. NOISE & QUIET HOURS**
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Excessive noise or neighbor complaints may lead to eviction.
**7. PARKING**
Parking instructions and capacity are listed in the property description. Unauthorized parking or exceeding the limit may result in fines or towing.
**8. LOCK OUTS / KEYS**
Keyless codes are active during your stay. Lost keys or lockouts may incur up to a $150 fee.
**9. LINENS & SUPPLIES**
Please refer to the listing for what is provided. Only flush septic-safe toilet paper. Plumbing damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.
**10. ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS**
All issues must be reported immediately and within 24 hours of arrival. Guests must allow the host an opportunity to resolve any problems before requesting outside intervention or refunds.
**11. REHOUSING & REFUNDS**
No refunds or reimbursement will be offered if a guest chooses to vacate the property early or declines offered solutions.
**12. CANCELLATION POLICY**
Our cancellation policy applies regardless of reason. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Host or agent may access the property with proper notice. Light cleaning may be scheduled for extended stays.

Illegal or abusive internet use is prohibited. Guest assumes all responsibility for online activity and must secure their own devices.
**18. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS**
Providing false information (age, party size, purpose of stay) will result in eviction and loss of payment.

Guest acknowledges that the property may offer amenities such as pools, hot tubs, kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, bicycles, hammocks, fire pits, lake access, and play structures. Use of these amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Cookingware, bowls, and dishware were spotless, and the bed was comfortable and tidy. The heating worked perfectly, keeping the cabin warm in the cold weather. We especially enjoyed the campfire with the wood that was already prepared. We didn’t use the hot tub or grill, but they looked well-kept and would be great for guests who plan to use them.

Very comfortable cabin with everything you need. Owners have kindly provided coffee, filters, creamer, sugar and everything you need for your morning. They even have a bean grinder. Kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities are great. Fire pit looks inviting but unfortunately, there was a fire danger ban. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay near Mt. Rainier
We stayed here for two wonderful nights in order to hike at Mt. Rainier, which is a very short, easy drive from the property. The cabin was exactly as described... clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent! We actually experienced a blackout, which impacted the entire area. The owner responded to our messages immediately and even looked into the status of electricity restoration in order to keep us posted. We're very grateful for that and for our wonderful stay!

Perfect mountain getaway!!
This has been our favorite reveal yet. Not only are you practically at the gate for Mt Rainier, but the property has everything you need for an amazing getaway. From the hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable king size bed to being pet friendly (but no pet smells inside) and having all the amenities you could ask for, this place rocks and we’d definitely come again!

I love this property so much and even my kid wants to go back here someday. I love the atmosphere and waking up in the morning around the nature and we enjoyed the bonding we had in the hot thub area. Comfortable and clean
Stayed four nights—very nice place—quiet, clean, comfortable. The hot tub after long days of hiking/exploring Mount Rainier National Park was the perfect way to end the day/relax with views of deer in the front yard—saw the deer/elk just about every day.

The property was just as described except apparently there was an issue with the air conditioning that was not relayed to us. There were two portable units in the house that were sufficient but the placement of the one in the master bath was not well thought out. It was placed in the only window in the bathroom which was in front of the toilet so you had no room and had to shut the unit off and move it every time you needed to use the restroom. The unit was not sealed good so we had a lot of gnats every morning when we got up. I contacted the manager and asked for some tape to close the gaps and an extension cord which I was told she would get right on it. Needless to say, neither ever showed up. Other than that, the house was great, the hot tub was wonderful, and the views were awesome.

Comfortable and clean cabin for our small family with a perfect location for visiting Mount Rainier via Nisqually Entrance. Don’t forget to get on NPS.org to get you timed entry well before your trip. If you want fresh produce and meat, stop at a bigger town before getting to Ashford. The Ashford grocery is limited. We loved the bar and grill just a couple of minutes from the cabin. The cabin host was very helpful and we were charmed by the property and the area.

We had a great time staying here! It was beautiful, quiet, clean, and very close distance to Mt. Rainier national park. We went into the park Friday night and Saturday morning for a sunrise hike to take pictures of our friends engagement! I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to mt. Rainier.
