Our newly renovated home is updated with current features and fixtures while maintaining the old-world charm. There is ample space in the 3 bedroom 2 bath home for you and your guests. The home is within walking distance to several amenities including the Champion 18 hole golf course, heated pool, restaurant, pickle ball, tennis courts and track. The cottage sits on a private wooded lot on a quiet cul-de-sac with a small creek.

Living Room and Dining Area:
The large living room and dining area provides plenty of space to spread out as well as enjoy the woodland views from one of the many windows. Have fun playing family games at the dining table that provides seating for 6. Cozy up to a spectacular wood burning stone fireplace or watch your favorite shows on a wifi enabled smart 55” flat screen TV.

Kitchen:
Prepare favorite food in the open galley kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. While dinner simmers, sit at the kitchen bar with seating for two. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
This home makes fantastic use of space and sleeps up to 8.
Find comfort in a welcoming master suite on the ground level. Stretch out on the King-size bed. First floor bath features a new tub/shower combination with subway tile surround.
On the second floor you will find a guest bedroom that is furnished with a queen bed as well as a twin daybed. The upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combination and all new fixtures.
The third bedroom has 2 twin day beds as well as a pull out trundle.

Outdoor Area:
Have your morning coffee on the front patio. Enjoy the spacious deck with a table featuring seating for 6 for dining alfresco. Host a cookout with steaks and veggies prepared on the charcoal grill .

Connestee Falls Community:
The gated Connestee Falls Community features 12 miles of private hiking trails to enjoy stunning hikes along the streams, falls, and lakes.
Community amenities include access to Connestee Falls Golf Club, featuring 18 holes of Champion Golf, tennis, a heated pool (open Memorial day-Labor Day), fitness center, beach, bocce ball, pickle ball, hiking trails, fishing and onsite dining. The community is family friendly and offers a fantastic playground for the kids to slide and swing.

Visit nearby Brevard, Hendersonville, Sierra Nevada Brewery, and the Blue Ridge Parkway for gorgeous nature views. Enjoy beautifully manicured hikes at Table Rock, Looking Glass Rock, Shining Rock Wilderness Area, Triple Falls in Dupont State Forest. Brevard is a mountain bikers paradise with some of the nations top trail systems in Dupont, Pisgah and the Bracken which are all within a 20 min drive.

The home is professionally cleaned after each guest and when booking you pay the amenities fee that covers the use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and lakes. Golf and fitness facility are extra fee.
