« Overall, great stay. Breakfast was excellent - more than continental. Check in was a little clumsy as the ‘front’ desk is actually in a separate bldg and the clerk had to check 3 separate groups in at the same time and then walk us all to our bldgs and rooms. Seems like they need an additional person working the check in area during peak times (this was ~5pm). »

« My grandson & I took a getaway to visit the Biltmore House! We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews and about how clean everything is. We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly. After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause after our long drive, we discovered... The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared...

« We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on and we enjoyed being able to walk to the coffee shop down the street, as well as the easy access to the art district, and the parking garage connected to the hotel. We named the upstairs tenant “Thunderfoot” because whoever was up there was either extremely heavy footed or the floor was extremely thin. We also stayed on a weekend and could hear the live music next door but they stopped...
