« Extremely disappointed with this property. The listing photos make it appear clean and well kept, but the reality was completely different. The place was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. Several windows didn’t even lock, which made us feel very unsafe in what already seemed like a sketchy neighborhood. Because of the condition and safety concerns, we didn’t even stay an hour before leaving. This listing is very misleading and not accurately represented. »

« We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house. »

« The house is cute, but older property. The kitchen had the bare minimum of items. One small, well used frypan, no baking dishes or cookie sheet. No basic salt/pepper Very basic cutlery, and the cleaning crew didn’t replenish the dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, hand soap in bathrooms. There were no bath rugs in half bath. No toilet bowl cleaner. TV in living room worked great! One very firm mattress and one medium. Nice to have garage to park in but a remote would have been nicer to use due...
