Private Balcony - The perfect peaceful spot to unwind with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Table and chairs to seat two, provided.

Shared Garden – You can also relax in the lawned garden to the rear, please note this area is shared with other residents, and no garden furniture is provided.

NO Travel Cot & High Chair - Unfortunately we do not store a travel cot or high chair at this property, guests are welcome to bring their own.

This property is for family stays and respectful guests only – no parties, events or loud noise permitted.

Please be aware our garden and waste management is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays, someone may need to access the grounds and rubbish area during your stay. They won’t need to enter the house or disturb you, and the work should be quick and unobtrusive.

I have help managing my property. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Bed linen

- High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied
- Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are required for stays longer than 16 nights (these are provided complimentary)

Toiletries and Consumables

- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
- We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

Child Friendly

- This is a child friendly property - however we do not provide a travel cot or high chair. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

Check-in / Checkout

Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
