« I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black. There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all...

« The unit is located in a beautiful area and we found the propertywith no problem, but checking in was a problem. Staff are only around until early afternoon and the codes we were given when we did self check in didn't work. By pure chance, a staff member came by later in the afternoon and was able to give us the correct room number and code to get in. »
