« Ein sehr unseriöses Unternehmen! Wir (Eltern mit zwei kleinen Kindern) haben ein Wochenende- zwei Übernachtungen die Ferienwohnung Casa Mondo in Murnau gebucht und im Vorfeld bezahlt! Beim Check in wurde uns vorab mitgeteilt, dass wir die Wohnung ab 16 Uhr beziehen können. Den PIN für die Wohnungstür wurde per Mail zugeschickt. Nur leider war das Schloss defekt und uns wurde per Mail wieder mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung zwischen 18-19 Uhr beziehbar sei und uns jemand den Schlüssel bringt....

« L’appartement est grand, tres grand, lumineux et bien équipé, deux belles salles de bains, 3 grandes chambres etc…. Bref l’annonce est très fidèle à ce que vous louez et c’est tres appréciable. Le contact avec le gerant est aisé et la remise des clefs a ete simple et agréable. Le seul point négatif et qui n’est pas du fait de l’appartement sont les travaux dans la rue, qui nous a privé de sommeil (les ouvriers allemands commencent tres tot) et surtout d’une place de parking bien pratique,...

« Very charming, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Had a great time. Our host Thomas and staff were great. Was there for us the whole time . I can say he wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied which we were. Location was perfect for us in the beautiful Stadt of Oberammagau and close to Garmisch. Would recommend staying here with anyone. Thank you Thomas, hope to revisit and stay again. »
