« Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and did not come close to matching the listing or its high rating.Upon arrival, the initial door code did not work and I was locked out. I spent nearly two hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. The local VRBO contact was completely unavailable, unresponsive to both my attempts and two separate attempts by VRBO customer service. « The host was helpful, and the apartment was clean and in a good location. However, there were a couple of caveats. The neighbourhood is under construction, with three buildings in front of us under construction that started as early as 8:30 a.m. The internet speed was very slow, less than 1 Mbps download speed. Our neighbours had a party going on until 2 a.m. on the first night. The insulation between apartments is not very good, so you could hear everything. »
