Welcome to Wake at the Lake in Stillwater at Bridges Bay Resort. Your reservation includes six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark and swim-up bar Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe and; Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills. The Stillwater building is the newest luxury condominium complex at the resort. One of the only buildings with a private complex pool.

This property resides on the second floor with sweeping 180 degree side views that include East Lake Okoboji, the private pool, and the interior of the resort. Unlike most condos, three of the four bedrooms have windows. The primary suite has separate access to the deck for beautiful sunrise with you morning coffee. An on-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with exterior window, smart TV and storage. The third bedroom provides a twin over full bunk bed with pull-out couch with queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and exterior window. (Sleeps 10) The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room provide unbeatable lake views. Seating for ten at the island and dining room table. Two full bathrooms (guest bath with a tub/shower combination) and a half bath round out all the rooms on this sweeping property. The minute you walk into the home you`ll know you`re at the lake with Okoboji pictures and decor throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, crockpot, bakeware and silverware.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
