Welcome to Sun Rays and Lake Days in the Brooklyn building in the popular Bridges Bay Resort! This guest favorite and lakefront unit offers 3-bedroom, 2-bath, sleeps 8 and comes with panoramic East Lake Views. Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with your reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

The views from this third level condo are amazing from your wrap around deck. Offering outdoor deck access from the living space and the primary suite. The property offers three private bedrooms. The primary suite provides sweeping lake views, a queen bed, smart TV, an on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, and a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms provide sleeping space for six additional guests. Guest bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and guest bedroom 3 offers two twin over twin bunks beds. Both bedrooms offer views of East Lake Okoboji. The main living space is perfect for entertaining with a large sectional couch, smart TV, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 6+ and a breakfast bar for additional seating. For added convenience, a washer and dryer with detergent is provided along with a propane BBQ grill on the deck.

There is dedicated parking for the Brooklyn building and additional overflow parking lots. The resort also offers a dedicated parking lot for boats and trailers.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.

This property is professional hosted by, locally owned and operated, Okoboji Vacation Co. were we strive to bring only the best quality experience to our guests including professional linen service. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge services and access to our Host Store. We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
