With your booking you secure six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed. Your home away from home offers you full size kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, small appliances such as a toaster and Keurig (coffee pods not furnished) are available for your use. Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Breakfast bar with 5 stools on the kitchen island and the dining table seats four. Step outside to your own private deck with outdoor table and four chairs propane firepit and an extra four chairs. Living room offers ample seating, high-speed internet and lots of natural light.

Master bedroom offers a king size bed with full bathroom with shower, dual vanity, walk in closet, hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished for your stay. A washer and dryer with detergent pods are furnished. All 4 bedrooms are on one level, Bedroom (2) Full over Full Bunk Beds, Bedroom (3) King, Bedroom (4) 2 Queens.

Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay.

Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with the cabin reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available
