  • RESERVE MAINTENANT! - NOUVELLE LISTE EN MAI 2019 -Ce magnifique chalet de 5 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé dans un quartier calme du village de Big Trees, à distance de marche du parc d'État de Big Trees. Cette maison de montagne peut accueillir confortablement 8 à 10 personnes. (5 chambres, 2 bains). La principale source de chaleur est le bois. Cuisine mise à jour, plan d'étage ouvert avec un grand grenier. Blottissez-vous dans la grande salle sur le canapé en cuir enveloppant en face du poêle à bois et d'une télévision de 40 "avec câble Comcast. Cette maison propose également Netflix et Amazon en ligne pour les visiteurs. La table à manger de style pique-nique peut accueillir de 8 à 10 personnes. Le bar de la cuisine a 4 tabourets. Il y a trois chambres à l'étage principal (1 lit king, 1 lit queen et 1 lit double). Le loft ouvert a une table de hockey / ping-pong, des canapés pour se détendre, une télévision de 28 "avec un câble Comcast. Les deux chambres à l'étage offrent 1 lit queen et 1 lit double. La grande terrasse avant partiellement couverte est idéale pour faire un barbecue sur le barbecue au propane, profiter des arbres ou se d��tendre dans le bain à remous. Le bain à remous est disponible pour les clients moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 75 $ / visite. Plus de plaisir vous attend à l'extérieur dans la grande cour ouverte avec une balançoire à pneus et un panier de basket pour les enfants! Jeu de fers à cheval et de badminton disponibles pour les clients. Karock Cabin est parfait hiver ou été pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis. Il y a un parking de niveau en haut de l'allée et le garage est disponible pour les clients. Privilèges du centre de loisirs d'été avec cette cabine au centre de loisirs BIG TREES. (des frais d'invité s'appliquent). LINGE D'INVITÉ FOURNI. Rec. centre disponible avec frais d'invité. Ne pas fumer, pas d'animaux. Great property with plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect for our family get together to eat, play games and enjoy each other. Located close to Bear Valley perfect for a snow trip with the kids.

The property is in very good condition. It is a clean, spacious house with plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen is also spacious, and all kitchen equipment is well maintained and in a good condition.The host responds to questions quickly.The dining table is very large: six people can play a game of Catan on one half while four others can comfortably have dinner on the other half. There were also several spare chairs stored in one of the bedrooms.We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. It was our first time visiting thr big trees area. There were a lot of things to do that we didn't get to do. The property fit our needs and had everything we needed. The prior communication was great as far as what to expect. There were a lot of family activities at the property itself that we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and everything was provided, linnens, blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and we had plenty of towels and tp, tissues etc. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and had plastic bags and foil, basic spices and some cooking oil. The cons for us was there is no air conditioning. It got a bit uncomfortable.The house itself was clean, but could use a deep clean. I noticed a few places that could use some attention window sill in the upstairs bathroom had some dead bugs, cobwebs and spiders, baseboards were dusty, window screens were dirty. Everything else was great as far as cleanliness. There was a lot of sap on the deck and grounds. There was sap on the steps it seems like the property could use some tree work.Our family thought that the main couch was not very comfortable. And some of the games needed some attention. The air hocky table needs a new puck and the table itself has a piece of paneling that needs to be glued down. The ping pong net had a piece broken off and wasn't easy to clamp on and could be replaced. It worked well enough and we still had fun with it. We knew the hot tub was out of service before we arrived but it would have been nice to have. All in all we had a really fun time. This was a great property. I would return but maybe when the weather was cooler we were there in August and the temps were in the 90s it would be fine if it was even in the 80s

Overall it was ok The hot tub was not available! Which was a boomer for Us we love to relax after a good walk! Great walking trails near by. There’s lots of spiders

The home was clean and well outfitted. The hot tub was very nice.The only complaint was none of the beds had sheets on them on arrival. That bothered a few of the ladies in our group. They requested the sheets be removed and folded at the foot of each bed. Over all experience 5***

We enjoyed our stay at the Karock Cabin. Everything was just as listed. Nice big dinner table to enjoy meals and much conversation together. Great wood burning stove with plenty of wood provided. Can't wait to someday return!

Nice mountain cabin

We had a fantastic time in this large but cozy cabin. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace, Wi-Fi was clear and never went out, and while there were enough trees and quiet to feel like we were “getting away”, Arnold offered plenty of stores for the things we forgot to bring. Definitely would stay again.

Overall, a great stay

Loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a proper cabin in the forest. Stayed in the summer and it was hot, and looking forward to possibly coming back during snow season. Note that pillows weren't provided due to covid. I didn't find out until an email came after I had already left home and was staying at a different property. We had to buy 8 pillows and stuff them into our already packed cars. Minor thing but worth planning ahead for.
