« The place was in a great location—easy to get around the city and felt very safe, even in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive when needed. The space itself was clean and as described. Overall, a solid stay for a short trip to Belfast. »

« The apartment contained everything you could wish for. Tea & coffee plentiful and a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival. Beds were comfortable. The only downside being the windows weren't double glazed meaning it was a bit noisy at night, that said would definitely stay there again. »

« Sam was super easy to communicate with. Our group was four mid-50 gals travelling around for 9 days. In the 6 different places we stayed Sam’s rental had the most comfortable beds. Parking was great and having a washer and dryer on site was super handy. Would definitely recommend »

« Our family (2 adults, 2 young adults) enjoyed our stay at the Spire apartment. It had everything we needed. The lift was broken, so walking up 73 steep steps to the 4th floor was challenging. That might be important for people who are physically limited. We walked the 1 mile to the Titanic Museum, then got caught in a downpour on the way home! Grocery stores and restaurants were very close by. »
