The home is also equipped with an automatic backup generator to keep things running during power outages. There is a warm water spigot outside for rinsing off after a fun day on the river. Life jackets in various sizes are available in the garage for your safety as you enjoy your adventures. If you need a special size, just let us know ahead of time. During your stay, hosts or authorized service providers may occasionally access exterior areas of the property for tasks such as garbage removal, orchard care, landscaping, maintenance, or other property-related needs. Whenever possible, we will provide advance notice. We will respect your privacy and will not enter guest-occupied interior spaces without prior notice except in emergencies.
