« We enjoyed our stay at Kotel. Good location, good wifi connection. However we would have liked to have had an electric hob as with only a microwave cooking was rather limited. Also not easy to wash up as no plug in the sink. Fortunately there was an ice bucket I could use to wash up!!!. Crockery was also limited to 2 sets only. Had to check with staff on site re disposal of our rubbish as bins not very big. It would also be good that the Kotel staff supply a brush and dustpan for sweeping up the...

« Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. « The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. We loved the decor and the apartment was so clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Onsite parking was a big bonus. It was a short walk to Bowness pier with plenty of shops and places to eat on the way. Excellent communication with the host. We would certainly recommend a stay here. « Owners of Cottage provided a phone number to call one week before our arrival. Numerous attempts each day and "no one" answered the phone. And there wasn't any way to leave a message. On our way to the unit, we had an emergency, one member, in the emergency room for 3 hours. I tried getting hold of the unit, no response so I called VRBO. We had to cancelled because I could not speak with the owner about our situation and their accommodations. Request complete refund. »
