« Cozy and quiet, self check in was great »

« The room was clean, linens clean. Curtains adequately blocked outside lighting at night. Staff were friendly. Plenty of amenities for taking care of yourself in terms of access to food and refreshments. Grocery and other stores within a couple of minutes' drive. Valet team was one of the best I've experienced. In true casino fashion, the smell of smoke hits you upon entrance, but the hotel part was smoke-free. Elevators were quick. Enjoyed an evening of gaming entertainment during the stay. »

« This was a great place to stay for a trip to dig for diamonds. We called ahead to have extra washcloths put in our room and they had it all ready to go when we arrived. It was very clean. The pool was nice to relax in after digging. The staff was always friendly and helful! Would stay again. Plenty of room for luggage, plenty of plug ins, and chairs outside door to sit. »

« The staff was so so welcoming and accommodating. We forgot a few things and they were so sweet. Very flexible on helping us when I scheduled the wrong date. The beds were extremely comfortable.well my daughter said hers wasn’t as much so maybe a little inconsistent. The pillow top on our bed was amazing. Very peaceful and local to everything. Everything worked. We have no complaints. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go stay in Hot Springs. II only wish the price was a little...
