« I was a bit disappointed. Not a fan of the no contact staffing model. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee, and muffins were nice. Room was very simple but adequate. Rooms on either side of mine were much nicer. Likely a price difference. Poor lighting. Night table and outlets only on one bedside. No extra blanket or pillows available. Blinds do not block the very bright light from the parking lot. Advertised as pet friendly but not a square inch of green space! A dog in another room kept...

« It was a nice clean facility, however, when we arrived, when we got to the room, the deadbolt didnt work. Also, the TV viewing was terrible. The standard channels wouldn't work at all plus there was no family viewing channels like METV or FETV. Im sure that could be improved upon without raising the cost. Otherwise, it was a nice, safe facility. »

« The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was very clean and well kept. Our AC unit was very noisy and leaked water a bit, but tolerable. The coffee in the lobby was abysmal thick acidic swill. »

« The room was clean and all was in good repair. The location was close to Hot Springs (less than 15 minute drive), but on the shore of the lake, which was enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower had plenty of hot water. The only issues I had with the property were that there was no freezer in the fridge and the TV was a bit confusing to operate. Overall, it was a good place to stay at a fair price. If I were able,I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. »

« They claimed they were in the process of upgrading the property as to why things were not up to normal. The room itself was fine and I slept well, but the shower sprayed under the shower curtain and pooled on the floor outside the shower. There was only one set of towels and were not changed during my two day stay. It was ok for what it was, but it could have been much better. »
