« Great place to relax with family »

« The condo was just as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean and had plenty of dishes and utensils. All of the rooms stayed pretty cool. We were worried about that after seeing the reviews but it was fine. Response times were quick when we had questions. This was a great stay and we would 100% recommend it. »

« This was the perfect little spot for our quick get away. Being right there on the water was relaxing and beautiful! Only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 10 minutes from the Ouachita State Park, in the quiet country side. Very clean and comfy. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and respond in a timely manner. »

« The Hobbit House is a beautiful depiction of fantasy and folklore. The hosts took great care in creating a number of Middle Earth features at this property, the most significant being the Hobbit door and wood engraved door. Almost everything in the house has an old world or antique feel to it. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and there are numerous places for your group to relax with a book or sleep.
