« Really enjoyed the deck and view from this house, and the inside is very nicely appointed with cute and clean furnishings. However, some of the necessities weren't entirely functional. I'm tall (6') and I repeatedly hit my head on the track lighting down the middle of the kitchen ceiling. « We had a great time staying here. It was pure luck because our ferry got canceled, and we were happy Joshua had an open night. The cottage is adorably decorated and has a million things to look at, including old family photos, knick knacks, and even a record player. It was super windy the day we were there (the reason the ferry was canceled was big swells), so we didn’t get to use the outdoor space much, but it was nice and included an umbrella for shade. « OMG this home was such a stunner! We arrived after dark because of the ferry ride, but when we arrived, the house had subdued lighting, relaxing music and some essential oils going. We both walked in and said "Wow, Oh my god"! And it was still dark, so we couldn't see the view, but we could hear it. « Terrific time in Kemptville, NS at this accommodation - Moose Cabin - Golden Forest Lodge. I recently had a three day vacation there with my 14 year old Son and his Father. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted upon arrival, the owner/host went out of his way to accommodate us and we were treated very kindly throughout the entire stay.
