C'est l'endroit idéal pour tout rassemblement: mariages, réunions de famille, escapades d'entreprise, vous l'appelez! Les 5 chambres spacieuses au 2ème étage ont un mélange de lits queen et lits jumeaux pour une flexibilité totale. Pour le divertissement privé, le troisième étage a une terrasse couverte et des hamacs pour se détendre pendant que vous regardez les surfeurs, ou rejoignez-les ci-dessous! La suite principale est également au troisième étage avec une salle de bain principale joliment carrelée, ou pour les plus aventureux, il y a un bain en plein air exotique, inspiré de la plage. Les autres commodités de la maison comprennent: une salle de cinéma pour les jours de pluie, une cuisine moderne avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et un espace de vie illimité avec une vue imprenable sur la mer bleue. A l'extérieur, le côté plage de la maison est recouvert de 4 belvédères pour se divertir de jour comme de nuit. Plongez dans la piscine et lorsque vous êtes prêt pour une collation, prenez-la dans la cuisine et le bar en plein air. Ou dirigez-vous vers le gazebo de porc-rôti pour un régal portoricain!


Surfing Hallows Beach - Info: Quand ils parlent de Hallows Beach, les surfeurs disent "c'est à ça que sert une vague". Hollows est fou quand il tire. Avec une bonne eau bleue propre, des barils cracheurs et de beaux paysages. Le meilleur de tous, Hollows Beach est fondamentalement votre arrière-cour! MAIS, alors que Hollows est la principale pause ici, il y a quelques autres pauses dans la région ... El Momo, Las Arenas Punto de Panico, El Tahiti, El Reto, Mingo's Wedge. The House was a perfect layout for our group. It provides plenty of space for larger groups. We had three families with two babysitters and every family had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean when we arrived. The location is really cool also, out side of the major city, but close enough to visit other locations like San Juan, Aguadilla, and Arecibo wich is only 15min away. Plenty of cool beach restaurants with in minutes of the house also.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was amazing!!!! The house was super nice, welcoming, charming and spacious. It was great for our group of 13. The kitchen was lovely and made a perfect spot to cook our Thanksgiving feast. Myrtle (host) and Tata (property manager) were both great to deal with start to finish. The location couldn’t be better as the house is right on an uncrowded beautiful white sand beach. Five stars all the way start to finish!! We can’t wait to visit this amazing property again for our next family reunion!

A truly amazing property! Large rooms, wonderful first floor with direct ocean views and the roar of the ocean. Surfers in front of the house every day. A whale in the distance. Not a swimming beach but almost a mile walk in either direction with soft, deep sand. Pros: the large rooms, ocean front, the back deck, plenty of room for everyone, near great beaches, food and bar. Property is not pristine. It’s a bit tired in spots, but it is a Great Beach House.

What a location!

My family and I were so excited to see the house when we arrived . The views and ocean sounds were so awesome. Plenty of room for our family of 17. We had the beach to ourselves. The kids loved the pool. It was a wonderful celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary .

Amazing paradise

This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! We’l definitely be back!

Villa Rosa Perfect for Our Family of 10!

Very nice Puerto Rican property. Exactly as described...not new but nice and right on a surfing beach! The property manager was very friendly and responsive. We experienced a few power outages and she sent someone immediately to verify it was the power grid and not just the house. We enjoyed the pool and the multitude of outside areas to relax and play. Perfect vacation spot for our family of 10.

Amazing Location!!! Listen to the waves every night while you sleep!

I stayed in this property for several days and held the reception for my daughter's wedding on site. The house is very comfortable and easily can accommodate 20 people. It has all the amenities that you might need. The location is perfect! I am a beach fan and love listening to the waves. I enjoyed falling asleep listening to them and waking up listening to them. Tata, the property manager, is amazing. I started planning the event eight months ahead and she responded to all of my questions. She also took time to meet with me face-to-face months ahead. Villa Rosa is superb. It is an amazing property but most importantly, it has and incredible property manager that is there to help you. I am planning on staying there again in the future.

La casa es como un castillo tropical. Acomodó muy bien a mi familia de 20 personas. ¡Nos encantó! La forma en que está dividida la casa permite que todos estemos comodamente. El mar se ve desde el balcon y tiene un facil y como acceso a la playa. Verdaderamente la recomendamos 100%. Magaly es muy amable y siempre esta disponible. Gracias!

Pink Puerto Rican Castle on the Beach

Wow, what a lovely warm, and friendly house/castle!! We really enjoyed that it was in a more rustic location, being able to appreciate more than just city life. The house offers opportunities for many interests, pool, pool table, beach, and gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

Gem located in a beautiful area

We book this house as I was getting married down the street in Playa Escondida. When we arrived the host was super sweet and very helpful. This house was more than I could ever imagine!!! I will be booking them in the near future so that I can enjoy myself as I was running around with the wedding! Giving it a 10 out of 10!!!

Granddad's 80th birthday with the family

The house was comfortable for our entire family of 14 and the location was great. We had Zulma cook several meals for us that were truly Puerto Rician and delicious. The only issue was there was not enough table and seating in the dining room for 14 people. If you are planning a family or friends vacation I recommend VillaRosa Hoallow Beach.

Exceeded expectations

Such a beautiful home! The view was spectacular. The home had everything we needed. My husband and I hosted our wedding here and it was perfect. If you stay on the 3rd floor, be prepared to get a good leg workout. The beach is great for boogie boarding and surfing. It gets pretty windy. When we stayed, there were 2 turtle nests near, so be cautious to not disturb, especially if you have curious children staying with you. There are calmer beaches in the area and some nice restaurants near by. If you've never been to Puerto Rico you should know that roads are not the best and many people like their cars and music loud, but this did not disturb our trip one bit. If you are traveling with a baby, there are multiple pak n plays, a bouncy chair and a high chair. There is a bar, volleyball net, sports balls, a pool table. As a group, we were never laking in something fun to do. I can not express enough how much I enjoyed staying her.

Wonderful family home!

Perfect amount of space for our whole family to enjoy. Great location close to the water, beaches and stores. Home was just as listed. Only wishes was the hot tub doesn’t get hot, and the stove doesn’t heat well. Otherwise it had more than expected for our family to enjoy.

Beachside Mansion Retreat

All the amenities needed for a fully self-contained retreat for up to 24 people. Our large family could easily have spend every day all day in the property but we easily made day trips to do water-fall hikes and explore the only rain forest in the US Forest Service, El Yunque. Our almost 15-year-old remarked: “We need to come here every year!” Hard to imagine what would have made our stay any better. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Only thing I think we’d change is simply booking a longer stay.

Absolutely loved the view and the property

It was a great week at the property, although must be honest the View and the size is accurate BUT the property is showing its age and had a couple of issues. The caretaker is absolutely lovely and couldn't be more responsive. Would definitely stay again

Perfect paradise for our entire family!

This property is just as pictured and described. It is such an amazing place!! We had everything we could need and the grocery shopping service they provide was a huge help. Thank you Magaly! There was every kitchen appliance, dish, pot/ skillet or utensil you could possibly need and a dishwasher. With an extra fridge in the basement (helpful with a huge group) and a nice size bar fridge in the outdoor kitchen area. Plenty of beach towels for our large crew of 17 with kids constantly in/out of the wonderful pool (which was tended to by Tito who arrived daily during our stay to check the chemical levels and clean the pool!) There were pool floats and toys. There is a lovely volleyball area, and the outdoor kitchen/grilling/bar area is a fantastic place for lunch for the kids while they were swimming. There are loungers beside the pool also. The covered deck is huge and wonderful. We set up buffet style family meals with the nice tables they have out there too It was a perfect space for our elderly parents to enjoy being outside but shaded and able to relax on loungers or sit at the table for breakfast or dinner and watch everyone enjoying themselves. Note: all bedrooms are on the 2nd/3rd floor so do take that into consideration. But we utilized the lovely theatre room space on the first floor for a space for our parents to rest. They loved it! The 3rd floor penthouse suite has a gorgeous view and of course a magnificent outdoor bathroom but also a very nice indoor bathroom as well. There are hair dryers in every bathroom I think. There is an extra large washer & dryer which was such a help because we didn’t need to pack tons of clothes and we could keep our towels washed each day, very nice. The beach area is just a short walk out from your back yard and there are a few folding chairs if you want to take them out to the beach. We had a blast building sand creations. And there are some amazing rock formations just walk down the beach and explore. Some of our group got to witness a baby turtle making its way to the water. Word of advice: there is a “thing” in Puerto Rico on weekend nights where LOTS of people drive around with their music blaring and they bar hop. This creates a traffic jam that is quite a lot to deal with if one would be trying to go anywhere in a hurry. So plan around that for any trips you may need to make. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend this lovely home for your vacation of a lifetime.
