Oceanview Villa - Casita

Escape to this cozy 1-bedroom casita in sunny Arecibo, just a short stroll to the beach! Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy total privacy, as we never host separate parties at the same time. Need more space? The 3-bedroom main house (Lane Oceanview Villa) is also available.

This casita is located on a property shared with the main house. The outdoor dining area and backyard are shared, but the casita and main house are never rented to separate parties, ensuring your privacy and comfort. If you`d like to book both dwellings together, please contact me before booking. The property is equipped with backup power to keep things running smoothly during Puerto Rico’s occasional power outages.

The backyard features dining tables, chairs, a Blackstone flat-top grill, and an outdoor movie projection wall perfect for enjoying warm Puerto Rican nights.

Please note: There are no laundry facilities in the casita. Guests booking only the casita can find laundromats within a 15-minute drive. Laundry is available only in the main house when booked.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, inside and out, including the backyard, outdoor dining area, and all amenities on the property. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability & housekeeping and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guest overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.
• No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited in or on the property. Violations of the smoking/vaping policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms or drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors: These are in place in the property, any tampering or disabling of device will incur a $250 fine.
• Keys: Lost keys or failure to return keys to lock box will result in a $200 fine.
• Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service and or our property representatives. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest and reported to the booking platform.
• Bathroom use: No “flushable” or feminine hygiene products are to be flushed. Clogged plumbing and repairs will be charged to the guest if anything other than toilet paper and natural waste are flushed.
• Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees.
• Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, propane for flat-top grill are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.
• Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order and available, such as A/C or the Washer & Dryer. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests. There will be no refund for movie projector issues/failures or over consumption of backup power.
• Outdoor Furniture & Beach Essentials: Outdoor furniture is not to be removed from the property. Guests are provided with beach towels, chairs and a cooler that must be returned to the property after use. Failure to return beach essentials to the property will incur additional charges.
• Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or providing technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.

• Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
