« We did not stay at this hotel- cancelled reservation upon check in . The receptionist was rude and did not accommodate someone with a disability and was unprofessional. The hotel charged the card and we did not stay there. The hotel is under construction and the pool and whole area is under construction. The hotel is located next to a busy loud road. »

« Excellent front desk staff, went above and beyond. Breakfast offerings nicely varied, space very clean, observed staff helpful with special request. Good parking. Would recommend to any family member! »

« I didn’t like the parking situation. My son was dropping me off and there was no place to park near the entrance. The back parking lot seemed to be for only registered guests. We had to illegally park on the street to enter. If you’re only going to have a rear parking lot, you should have a means of entry for new guests. »

« Parking was easy. The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was 'out of order', there was no waffle mix to make waffles, poor selection of any pastries or muffins. Not worth going to breakfast downstairs. It was quite for sleeping, the bed was a bit soft and not comfortable. I woke up with an aching back x 2 nights. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect to get to things in the area. »

« I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized. »
