« I went several times to this hotel. And the quality is really lower than in the past. Each time we ask anything tho the hotel (to bring a glass to drink, to bring a smoothing iron, to ask food, to ask to collect clothes for laundry), it's necessary to phone 2-3 times because nobody takes our request into account, nobody does anything, and it takes many times to be able to get our request. For lunch it's very long. When ordering it take 1h (in the best case) to 1h30 to deliver a plate a...

« New and clean. Nice restaurant. Arrived at 11:15 and asked to check in, told we had to wait until 2:00 PM, I explained we had a meeting to go to and even 1 of 2 rooms would work so we could get ready, told OK but I have to pay 1/2 day for it. To check in 2 1/2 hours early even though the room is ready, I had to pay???? Really? The receptionist acted like we were lucky to be guests there. Never said welcome, what can I do for you? happy to see you. Same guy at check out with same...
