« Great house with awesome backyard and pet friendly. Communication was very good! »

« Overall a great home in a fantastic neighborhood. We were in the home for 5 days and really enjoyed the home. The biggest negative, which is very minor, the dryer always took 3-4 cycles before any size load would dry. So if you’re there long enough to need it just plan accordingly and you’ll be fine. Otherwise I don’t think the posting does this property justice. »

« I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards. »

« Beautiful and very clean house! The host was very hospitable and provided fun snacks and treats, a keurig and kcups for coffee, and extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. My family with six kids (12 and under) stayed here for a night on the way home from the Rockies, and it was such a pleasant evening and morning. We all had something we enjoyed about the house and yard. »

« Never book this place! Spiders and nest all over. Fleas in house. Vents, ceiling fans, all windows, shower in cabinets, dirt, webs. Floors dirty, bedding dirty. Doors falling off when opened, closet in bedroom locked, nowhere to hang clothes. Paint peeling. Holes in bathroom by shower. no yard maintanance. Floor very unlevel. Threshold not secured. Towels were in cabinet dirty. I could write a novel on negative. »

« Double booked the house and I had no where to stay for the weekend. Not reliable at all. »
