« We are very disappointed with this trip: the reception by videoconference was mediocre, with a faulty system. Upon arrival, we were tormented by an inoperative room code, which forced us to wait a whole hour outside before getting the room at 11:00 p.m. No parking was available at the accommodation; we had to park on the street, then pick up the vehicle at 6:00 a.m. to prevent it from being removed. In addition, hotel assistance is non-existent. All this only concerns the first day. We vacated...

« I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. »

« I booked a single bed online and payment was allowed at check-out, so I took that. When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down,...

« Service was terrible. The lady in the front desk asked to leave a $20 cash deposit and said I would get it back after she checked the room when I left. When I returned the key for the room she said that I had woken her up and that she was too tired to go upstairs to check the room and she said that the $20 were fine for her to keep as a tip since she was tired to go upstairs to even check. After saying that i had to get my deposit back and didn’t want to tip someone who was being rude in the...

« This property was excellent for our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance or a short driving distance from stores, dining, and shops. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions we had. »

« Great experience cfghgdxylylskgstkzstktksgkzktsktslydkgzgkzkgzgkzlgz »

« The homeowner canceled on me the day the trip was to begin. Please provide my refund asap »

« Very beautiful property. Host was exceptional. »
