Arakoon sits quietly between Trial Bay and South West Rocks — one of those rare spots where you get genuine natural beauty, a friendly village feel, and enough going on to keep the whole group happy. The area sits alongside Arakoon National Park — one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the NSW Mid North Coast.

The beach is literally a 5-minute walk from the front door. Keep your eyes on the trees across the road — koalas are regular visitors and often spotted from the property.

A 50% pre-authorisation will be placed on your card at the time of booking, released once the first payment is charged 14 days before check-in.

An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 4 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.

No smoking anywhere on the property — a $100 cleaning fee applies.

No pets allowed on the property.

External CCTV is present at the front and rear entry for security and property monitoring purposes.

The pool house lights must be turned off at night as they shine directly into the neighbouring property.

Quiet hours from 9:00 PM — please be considerate of neighbours.

Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.
