« This wasn't my first time in that hotel in Riyadh. I had to book this hotel, even though it was over my budget, due to its location near my business meetings. Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. « disrespectful staff and very bad service. We arrived at midnight to the hotel to discover that our reservations (4 rooms) have been cancelled because they had too many demands. They prioritise the ones booked though them directly rather than those booked by Expedia. No explanation, no solution offered, even though they found our reservations, they just said that the hotel is overbooked. We had too find another hotel in Riyadh in the middle of the night »
