« Chambre 507 dernier étage juste à côté d'un vieux climatiseurs qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. Isolation phonique des fenêtres plus que moyen. Climatisation interne impossible à régler. Par contre excellent restaurant avec un chef de première qualité. »

« My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again. »

« Great hotel. A real gem hidden in the Kolkata city. We were really happy with the hotel staff, services and the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with excellent choices. The rooms were very well maintained and great room service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kolkata for holiday. »

« Staff are not bad. However, the property is located on noisy road and they do not maintain it. The toilet seat cover is not only broken but nasty. Everything is halfway done and allowing guests to stay while upgrading. As a result it is nasty property, which is not worth listed on the Expedia. »
