« The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. »

« Hot tub was ice cold. TV was broken and they said they would fix it. We never heard from them again. Pool room looks like it was never swept or cleaned. Breakfast was cold. $102 for the night is cheap, but it was a ripoff for the stay at this property. »

« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...

« Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton. »

« Room was clean but found trash on side of bed and behind night stand. It’s under construction, so wasn’t too interested in breakfast with all the dust around. I’ve stayed here before and had a nice stay. Might stay here again next time I’m in town. »
