« This property was convenient for our Mile of Music getaway. The property was the best stocked place I have ever stayed at and is very clean. The 70's vibe is so fun and you really feel at home. The one bathroom worked out fine for the 6 of us but mirrors in the bedrooms would have saved us girls time in getting ready each morning. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it. I would certainly book again. »

« Brooke was great! The house was a wonderful place with plenty of room and the amenities were a bonus! Loved the outdoor patio, the basement, plenty of seating and the decor was great! My family was very comfortable here! The location is perfect as well! Right down the street from the airport and very close to the mall and grocery stores! »

« We were visiting our son who attends Lawrence University. The place was very clean, very well equipped and the check-in instructions were super simple. The home actually is better than the pictures online and it is very cozy. I would highly recommend this listing, we would stay here again anytime we are in Appleton. EXCELLENT!! »

« We came in toTown to take a hair cutting class, this place had plenty of room for 6 very comfortably. There was already some coffee provided which is amazing and the beds were insanely comfortable! »

« Perfect location if you plan to wander College Avenue or attend the fine arts downtown. The backyard is charming and allowed us to sit amongst the flowers and catch up with our friends. The house was spotless and decorated nicely. We had dinner reservations at Lombardi's Steakhouse and it was only about a four/five block walk. The owner was excellent to work with and lived near by so they managed taking out the garbage and other things most VRBO properties ask the renter to do, so very cool. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back when we come to visit throughout the year. We chose it because it was close to move in our son for his freshman year at Lawrence University. For us, the location was perfect and we enjoyed walking to the nearby parks. The backyard is an absolute bonus. We like to cook when we stay for long periods of time so the only gentle comments are that the kitchen is only minimally appointed (surprisingly there is a Kitchen Aid mixer but no pans of...

« My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Union Utopia! The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. And, above all else, Amy was a superb host. We never met in person, but all of her communications conveyed a genuine concern that we enjoy our stay. We could not recommend Amy and Union Utopia highly enough! »
