Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the entire penthouse apartment during your stay, including the full kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, and panoramic downtown views.



Use the secure keypad to enter the building and apartment, then take the elevator to the second floor—no stairs required. Your personal entry code, parking pass details, and arrival instructions will be available in your Breezeway guidebook before check-in.

With great restaurants, awesome wine shops, a close public library, an amazing performing arts center and the best farmers market north of Madison, THIS is where you want to be. Getting Around:

You’re right in the heart of downtown Appleton, so restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, nightlife, and the Performing Arts Center are all an easy walk from the apartment.



For trips beyond downtown, Uber and Lyft are convenient options, and the Appleton Transit Center is only a few blocks away for Valley Transit bus service throughout the Fox Cities.



Visiting during the summer? The free Downtown Trolley runs Thursday through Saturday and makes stops throughout downtown and along the riverfront—an easy way to explore without moving your car.



Other Things to Note:

You’re staying in the heart of downtown Appleton, so you may occasionally hear normal city sounds, especially on weekends, during events, or when the farmers market is taking place.



The apartment is in a shared historic building, so you may see other guests in the hallway or elevator. One parking spot is included behind the building; the Red Parking Ramp is nearby for additional vehicles.



Appleton has plenty of history to explore nearby. Houdini Plaza is a short walk away and marks the area connected to Harry Houdini’s childhood home. The History Museum at the Castle, also on College Avenue, has an interactive permanent Houdini exhibit along with local Fox Cities history.



Vault 202 Brewery & Taproom is located in the building, making it easy to grab a drink or bite to eat without going far.
