« i arrived to a room smelling terrible . only one key was placed even though it stated there would be two, when asked he said i didn’t think you wanted the other but i can give it to you. the outlet started smoking!! i genuinely had to book another spot do not come here . »

« I got a good night's rest before my drive thanks to quiet rooms that included an iron so clothes could be pressed quickly next morning. Peaceful environment even during daytime activity outside as well. »

« We enjoyed are stay with the relaxing pool. Home was clean and had lots of space. Everything you need. This property would’ve gotten a five star for me if communication would’ve been a bit better. »

« The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

« The house was very comfortable, clean and an amazing view. »

« Everything was great except communication with the host. »

« I would happily stay here again for the price and location. Beautiful, clean, spacious and peacefully away from the tourists! However, note: there is no laundry machines, no ac, no trash removal, and the 3 steep, tall steps to the house could be a chore for elderly or disabled. »

« Lorenzo was a great communicator. Kept communication simple and easy to follow. The house is truly a gem. The view is unmatched. All amenities are pretty standard and it felt like a home. Enjoy! And I would absolutely stay again »

« We absolutely love staying here. I love how fully stocked it was. There was so much to do. They truly ensure that you are going to be the most comfortable you can be being away from home. »

« Great cabin near Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory. The hot tub, pool table, bocce ball and foosball table were all a big hit with the kids. »

« Wonderful place, very well stocked kitchen even though we just got take-out food. The two decks are great to hang out and view the surroundings. Taking our dog out to do his business in the back was not the easiest, but we managed. »

« The cabin was an awesome place to stay with that forrest and nature feeling. It was very clean, a very quiet atmosphere, and very reasonable. They had all the essentials you needed. I will definitely be staying here again. And I highly recommend that others do the same. Big Bear was a quick weekend get-away. Wish it was longer. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at the Emerald Loft! The open kitchen and living room kept the festive atmosphere while we cooked dinner. Perfect floor plan for a fun getaway! The lake was a quick drive from the cabin where we enjoyed swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The hosts were very attentive and were quick to respond to our requests! We booked this trip for a quick cousin reunion before we all left town, and it was unforgettable! »

« We loved this place! It's a clean, well-maintained, and charming cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the basic necessities were provided, and all appliances, including the air conditioning, worked perfectly. The hosts were really nice and responded to our messages in a timely manner. The only issue we encountered was finding the property. Our GPS did not lead us to the correct entrance, and we eventually needed help from a neighbor to locate it. A more visible sign at the...
