« This house is as advertised. It is clean, comfortable and has a great outdoor deck. It had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We have rented homes many times Lake Arrowhead, and this is the first that my whole family said we should stay in again. It was great. »

« Such a beautiful location and so much to do! We enjoyed every part of this stay, but especially the outdoors area. The creek was perfect for the summer weather and our group loved using the sauna, hot tub, and barbecue. « Great view of lake but no easy access to o walk lake . Bedding good for 6 adults trundle bed only works for younger people and sofa bed in game room for 1 . Deck could use awning for Summer use sun too Intense. Front and back yard not usable Full Of tall weeds with spikes . Back Yard too Small anyway. Living room good tv good kitchen great could use better pans and pots in bad condition. . Some dishes Cups needed replacing .dining table ok for 6 adults right for 8 . Bathrooms good 3 »

« My daughter and I had a very nice stay at Oasis Chalet. The pictures show exactly how the house looks. I would recommend taking good walking shoes if you are going to walk to the village. It is an easy walk to get there but coming back is mostly uphill. I loved the kitchen and the cute appliances. We also enjoyed the stereo/turntable. »

« I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. We got so lucky with this stay, the house was so cozy and welcoming. Having the owners living next door was a bonus and gave me peace of mind. Backyard was a great hangout spot especially with the pool! Definitely will be staying here again for future trips. « The layout is kind of weird, in order to access the game room and the downstairs area you have to go through the master bathroom, and if someone is using the bathroom you cannot go downstairs unless you go outside the house and walk around it. NO TOILETTERIES or hair drier, this was a first for us. We have stayed in many properties but never had one without basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, or conditioner. This was my first time at Big Bear, so to me, it felt like the house was outside...
