« Wow. What a lovely location! Our family of four stayed here for a night on our way out to the Isle of Skye, and we could not have been more pleased. The home is set in a beautiful glen between mountains. It is near the Glencoe visitor center, where we were able to plan out a local hike. There is a greenway trail you will pass over on the driveway that leads to the home. That greenway is a very nicely improved walking path that passes by farmland and a stream. « This was our first visit to the West Highlands and we were not disappointed. A beautifully maintained resort within a spectacular setting. We had planned to visit the islands during the week but found so much to do locally we decided to save the islands for a future visit. We particularly enjoyed the local walks from the resort which we purchased from reception for £1 on arrival. « We stayed only two nights. The property is about 30 minutes outside of Oban at the edge of a smaller loch and just outside a small village. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, including when we had an issue (likely self-inflicted) with a washing machine. We would definitely stay again, and make time to stay longer and enjoy more of the area as well as the property’s many amenities. Strongly recommended. »
