« Our stay was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. First of all, the property wasn’t as advertised. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was out of service. Which was a major factor when booking such a large space with elderly family in our group. When we reached out, the owner knew beforehand it wasn’t working and didn’t communicate that it would be unavailable. There were several locked closets that we think had beach items. The host was friendly and accommodating for example when I inquired if the kitchen had a handheld mixer so we could make a cake for my daughter's birthday, the host put one there so that we would not have to bring ours. The host said that he would handle all of the cleanup when we left which made our last night much more relaxing than at other places we have stayed where we had to pack the night before so that we would be able to do the required cleaning in the morning.
