« We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly! We finally called for help and still could not get it to stay warm at night. Each room needs an available supply of blankets. I did not know that one room had all of the blankets in it. Another...

« We took our family to Chicago for a Cubs game and stopped in Lake Geneva for a night. We wish we could have stayed more than one night because we really enjoyed our stay. « What a great stay! The place not only looked clean but felt clean and cozy. Decor was well thought out, as it was cute and also functional. We only stayed two nights but easily could have stayed much longer. We walked to shops and restaurants and still enjoyed some ‘down time’ in the suite. Highly recommend, as we would definitely book here again! »
