It has been completely renovated in 2022 and maintained throughout the year.

On 1,5 floors, it is full of charm and in the centre of the old town & has :
- 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom; (ideal for couple/ families with children),
- a large & modern kitchen/dining-room large,
- a large balcony/terrace with direct view over the sea. đŸŹđŸ đŸ–ïž

An architect and an interior decorator have worked on keeping the old looking charm while adding trendy furniture and a contemporary decoration for a very harmonious touch and feel.

Antibes is renowned for it's sailing and yachting in Port Vauban and there are locations on the nearby Antibes beaches for diving đŸ€ż and the hire of windsurfers, Kayaks đŸ›¶ and Catamarans. đŸš€ Water ski-ing and jet ski hire is also available at the nearby Garoup beach.

⛳ Golf is available inland on a number of courses including the Mougins Golf and Country Club.Tennis is also available at a number of nearby clubs.

⛷ Ski-ing is a 1.5 hour car journey into the Alps Maritime at Auron and Isola.

Antibes is a delightful place and this townhouse was a great place to stay to appreciate Antibes. The views are great and it’s right around the corner from the market, restaurants and cafes. Our strolls around town or bike rentals lent itself to a wonderful stay. The owners were great as well! Cool place to stay!

VistaMar is a real gem! The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, kitchen has all amenities and is perfect for 2 couples. The balcony view of the sea & promenade & being able to sit outside for breakfast and in the evening was so special. Location is amazing. Property manager Elina was a pleasure and met us at the house upon arrival to welcome us. We would love to stay here again if lucky enough to be back in Antibes!

Everything you could ask for....

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is the best! The pictures do not give justice to this wonderful property. Perfect location, just steps from both the ramparts over the sea and from the daily local market. The apartment is great. 2 bedrooms with sink/shower in each. Nice beds. Good sized great room with extremely well provisioned kitchen, nice couch and chairs facing TV, and nice dinner table. Wonderful view from the nice deck overlooking ocean! If you are considering Antibes, this is the place to stay!

Perfect Apartment

Our stay at the apartment was the perfect ending to our tour around France. The communication from the Property Managers MichĂšle and Paula was fantastic which meant our arrival and departure went smoothly. Our hosts Henri and Maggy provided a very thoughtful welcome gift which was much appreciated after our journey. As for the property itself, the photographs on the website do not do it justice. It is absolutely lovely. Every detail had been considered; decorated stylishly, stocked with everything we could need and had the most incredible views over the bay. We spent hours sat on the balcony taking in the view. The apartment was also in the most perfect location in the heart of the Old Town, moments from the Picasso Museum and bustling market. This has been our favourite stay during our trip and we will definitely be returning. Thank you again Maggy and Henri!
