« I use Holiday Inn Express and Suites whenever I travel between CA and NC twice each year. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date. You deserve to know if you are planning a stay here. »

« The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe. »

« Upon arrival, there wasn’t anyone at the desk, when she finally made her way to the desk, check in was fine, not great, not really friendly but not rude either. Not a lot of parking since there were multiple utility trucks taking up the front parking. Due to the data centers they have inflated the room prices for subpar rooms, bathroom was dirty, found tape on the shower wall… bed was fine but top blanket was dirty with visible stains on it. With the outside lights rooms are bright as day when...

« Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower. »

« Definitely a budget motel. Sketchy clientele. Room felt dirty, but sheets were clean and no bed bugs. Electric door lock was broken. Curtains broken and covered the AC unit so zero air flow. Did not use the shower as it was not exactly clean. Strong smell of cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. Wear shoes, the floor was filthy. »
