« This hotel was in a perfect location and a great place to stay. When we were there, the lobby and some rooms were still under construction from the ice storm in January. The staff was very polite and the room/ bed was nice and perfect for what I needed. The bathrooms need to be updated but it’s just cosmetic. »

« We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special...

« Parking was easy, staff was nice. The beb was clean but everything else was pretty dirty. The tv remote had gunk stuck to it and the tv would randomly stop working. There was no way to cast our phones to it so we had no entertainment. The pool was dirty and last but not least the elevator is TERRFYING. It madness god awful noises and it sounds like it could snap at any second. »
