The entryway welcomes you with a cozy seating area that flows into a spacious, open-concept living area—perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a charming enclosed living room with a comfortable sectional and TV, ideal for cozy evenings or casual gatherings.



The chef’s kitchen is a standout, featuring top-of-the-line GE Café appliances, a large quartz island, and sleek white shaker cabinetry. Unique clam shell chandeliers add a coastal touch, casting a warm, inviting glow over the kitchen and dining area, enhancing the space's modern elegance.



As you ascend the stairway to the second floor, you'll be greeted by the expansive master suite. This luxurious retreat boasts soaring ceilings, generous closet space, and a spa-like bathroom with marble tiles and a 72-inch vanity.
