We stayed for two nights and it met all the needs we had. Place was clean, parking space was perfect, and the easiest walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

The location cannot be better. Close to everything in town. As with row houses in Annapolis it is a small property but well appointed. The TV is Roku based, no cable, but we could follow the World Cup and the TdF without difficulty. Parking is next to the house for a medium size SUV. The patio is quiet and we enjoyed al fresco breakfast. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Great location! Owner is an excellent, quick response communicator. Very accommodating. Home is efficiently equipped with every amenity. We are 75 & 77 yo travelers and managed the stairs to the bedroom/bathroom upstairs being mindful using the railing. Highly recommend and hope to return in the next year

We were in town for a weekend family reunion. 79 East Street was the perfect place to be for the activities. Parked the car in the designated spot and walked everywhere.Check in was seamless and the place was clean. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Best of all the host communicated quickly when we had questions. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience Annapolis up close in the historic area.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. The place is extremely comfortable and clean and well maintained. The host is extremely easy to reach and responds quickly. We had absolutely no problems.. Could not be more convenient to the naval Academy. The kitchen worked beautifully. And best of all there’s a parking spot to the side of the house. We will try to stay here every time we visit our son at the Naval Academy.

The property was perfect for my husband and me. We were even able to make dinner for our mid and a couple of buddies. We couldn’t find any dish towels, hot pads, or can opener but everything else we needed was there. We loved the location, cleanliness and charm. The parking spot was icing on the cake!

Close to everything!

Perfect spot if you want to be close to downtown Annapolis and be able to walk. Small but nice, loved hearing the 8 am music from the Naval Academy.

This property is all about location location location. You have a two minute walk to Annapolis City Dock. Easy walking to USNA or even to the Navy Marine Corp Stadium (1 mile)! Includes one parking spot on the property which is priceless. Helpful info for planning would be that although you can sleep four easily at the location (one primary bedroom upstairs and one sofa bed in the downstairs) it would be tricky for more than one couple to share b/c the only Full bath is upstairs off the primary. We frequently travel to Annapolis for USNA events and will always consider this property in the future!

This place is wonderful for a couple! It’s steps away from restaurants, bars and shops! It’s walking distance to the Naval Academy and perfect amount of space for 2 people! Don is a wonderful host and was quick to reply with any questions or concerns! The parking spot was an incredible addition. Parking isn’t the easiest thing in Annapolis and to have a designated spot was magical!

location, location, location

What a cute, historic row house that is about five or six houses down from the Maryland State house and a few blocks up from the docks and the Naval Academy entrance. The bonus is there is a parking space--just leave your car and walk to all of downtown Annapolis. Bathroom & kitchen are practically brand new. Very clean, very comfortable, and allowed us to wander the shops, museums, and food around town.
