Welcome to our private, fully furnished Annapolis home, thoughtfully prepared for guests visiting the area for some of Annapolis's most special events.

This is our personal home, not simply an investment rental. When we open it to guests, our goal is for you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door — as though you've been welcomed into someone's home rather than checked into a generic vacation property.

The home has recently been refreshed with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, freshly painted interiors, upgraded kitchen cabinets and countertops, and a completely remodeled bathroom. Start your morning with an espresso or cappuccino, relax in the comfortable living room, or enjoy the private deck and firepit after a day exploring Annapolis.

And then there's the speakeasy.

One of the bedrooms has its own unique speakeasy-inspired character — a fun, unexpected feature that gives the home a personality you won't find in an ordinary rental. The home includes three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with working fireplace, private deck and yard, washer/dryer, central air, high-speed Wi-Fi and private parking.

We're intentionally making the home available for select short-term 7 night minimum stays centered around Annapolis's major seasonal events, including:

• Annapolis Sailboat Show

Our goal isn't to fill every night on the calendar. It's to welcome guests who appreciate a beautiful, comfortable and personal Annapolis experience.
