The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. « My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary trip! Cozy was an accurate description for the place, as I felt safe and right at home within minutes. Our unit was a short walk to a beach where we found an abundanceof shells at low tide and a great deal of marine life! The parking for unit was private and the keyless entry was very convenient. « Vbro - We love AMI and we really loved the location of 215 Fir ave. The house was just a few streets away from Pine Ave, the Ami community center and 3 houses from the beautiful gulf side beach up toward Bean Point.
