    The Space:

    Welcome to your paradise! This tropical Anna Maria home features luxe oceanfront living at its finest. The sun, sand, and surf are right at your doorstep. In the enclosed backyard, discover the turquoise waters of the private, heated pool (with a built-in table, seats, and water chiller), a pool spa, and an outdoor shower. The outdoor living extends to the home's four balconies and the rooftop deck where you'll be treated to amazing views. Additionally, an outdoor TV is available when you'd like to stream outside.



    The interior of this home is just as charming, with magnificent perks such as a game room, and a gourmet kitchen. Kick back and enjoy the finer things in life from the comfort of the soft seating in the living room, and sip on your favorite beverage after preparing it at the wet bar/coffee station.



    The chef in your group will have no issues whipping up mealtime masterpieces amongst the full kitchen's radiant countertops and stainless steel appliances. And dining will come naturally at the formal dining table or alfresco poolside.



    The four bedrooms all feature high-quality linens, brand-new mattresses, tasteful nautical-themed decor pieces, and central air-conditioning. Everyone will adore the quartz countertops and walk-in showers in the bathrooms.



    The perks don't end there! The game room provides an excellent space for playful competition over a game of Ping-Pong, Pool table, Basketball and arcade games. Topping off the home's stellar interior extras, utilize the private washer/dryer whenever your vacation garb needs a refreshing, and grab the beach gear from the garage before heading to the water.

    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for an additional fee. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. A pool chiller is also available but requires 48-hour notice. Elevator available for handicap or elderly use only and guest must call for access prior to reservation.

Such a wonderful home to help us create family memories together. Loved the pool and back space area. Everything was amazing, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Rooftop was beautiful at sunrise with coffee.

The house is gorgeous. The management company had the wrong code to access the house, luckily we were able to get it from the owner because we did not receive our return call from the management with the correct code for a while and would have been stuck outside. While there we did have a pool guy come into the backyard unannounced and we had to get out of the pool and stay out for an hour, which was not ideal. However, the house is gorgeous, it sits right across the way from the ocean. Every room had a bathroom and the kitchen was huge. We had a great time!

Beautiful home with lots of space and an amazing location! The pool and hot tub were a favorite with the kids, and it’s great for family vacations. It’s also a short walk to shops and restaurants.Check-in instructions were sent via text with the door code, but we also needed a garage code to access the keypad entry door. That code wasn’t initially provided; however, it didn’t take long to get the information once we arrived and realized we couldn’t access the rental via exterior doors.
Beach is literally a one minute walk away!

The property was beautiful, and the pictures were accurate. We love this location and used the beach across the street as well as Bean point. The pool was beautiful and the kitchen well equipped.

Beautiful home with excellent amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout was perfect for our group with plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen for many home cooked meals and beautiful backyard with comfortable lounge chairs and inviting pool and spa. It made for a great vacation getaway for us all!

This place was outstanding, beautiful backyard, fun game room, amazing views, amazing amenities. Beautiful bay views and right down the road from one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen (Bean Point). Highly recommend this house and these hosts.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay. The city of Anna Maria is the best place to stay on the island and this house was great! We loved the proximity to Pine Street, Bean Pointe beach. I enjoyed the rooftop views at sunrise and the kids loved the pool (which is partly shaded) and game room.

Very enjoyable stay

House was beautiful and very clean. Beds and bedding was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed the stay very much. My daughter enjoyed the game room and ping pong table. Good location on the island. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful stay in AMI!

Beautiful property and views of the bay! So convenient for walking/biking to Pine Ave shops and restaurants. Backyard is awesome for sitting in the sunshine/swimming. You will need to rent a golf cart/bikes if you would like either of these. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best Stay Ever!

We booked this home for a week with my family and my sisters family. Kids aged, 10 months, 8, 9, 10, and 13! We all had the best time! The house was spotless and everything in it felt new. Plenty of extra blankets and the kids really enjoyed the pool area and the game room. Very nice easy access to the beach. The roof top was really nice to enjoy at night. We would definitely book this home again!

Best house on the island!

We had the most amazing vacation. The house was spectacular! The pool was one of our favorite areas, the water was chilled to the perfect temperature, so the hot days didn't seem so hot. Perfect way to cool off. Plenty of room for everyone to eat, watch TV, play games and cards. The game room was so much fun! It was the perfect location, not too close to anywhere and not too far. We will definitely be back next year. The home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures really don't do it justice!

House A, furnishings not so much

First rate home with great view’s fantastic pool and superb location. The furnishings though were decidedly not up to the standard. Filthy or in the case of some furniture on the porch broken. Limited space to hang towels or put things down in a few of the rooms.

Our stay was amazing. The house was in a great location. The game room rocked. I’m not sure I would go with teens again on a July 4th week l. The cops stoped my teens probably 6 times. There were so many house parties nearby. My kids were guilty for just being outside on their bikes riding around. I was awoken by the police at 1130pm bc my son was in the car talking to his girlfriend. I guess that’s not allowed in the driveway of the house we paid 8k to rent for the week. Avoid the party weeks!

AMI is amazing! The home has plenty of space and nice layout. Upon arrival the garage code did not work. Had to wait for the local team to access a key. The garage code was not fixed during our stay so we had to stay together as a group with only one key to access the home; ok but not ideal. The rental company was good at responding to messages. Could have been cleaner 3.5 out of 5. Sent pics to the team so hopefully it will be taken care of in the future. The ice maker in the bar is cool but needed cleaning. Laundry detergent dispenser very dirty. Needs some extra attention in a couple areas like bathroom drawers. Grab some Clorox wipes as there are no cleaning products and you should be good. The pool is amazing and kept a great temp. Grill works well. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. Coffee pot, grinder, and Keurig machine. Lots of fridge space. Amazing toilet in master! The porches and roof deck are beautiful, sunrise is awesome. Missing cushions on some outdoor furniture. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living and dining. Small lounge with a tv. Bathrooms are beautiful. Game room was a plus. Beach chairs (4 large 3 kids and 2 camp chairs) wagon, cooler, 1 umbrella, small tent (for kids), couple of floats. Rent a golf cart. We rented from Hodo's great & family owned! Bay side is quiet but better beaches are on gulf a quick golf cart ride. Easy walk to Pine Ave and Waterfront restaurant is a must try. Overall nice, we will stay again.

Family get away

The home is beautiful and in the perfect location. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Lot's of space for everyone. A couple of things for you to consider when staying in this home. Management provides you with the bare minimum in supplies, considering that we stayed for nine nights with a family of six. Example, each bathroom was provided with 2 rolls of single ply bathroom tissue, one small travel shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap. Two pods for dishwasher and one pod for laundry and one roll of paper towels. This did cheapen the experience for us considering this was a high end stay. The pool was so cold we could only use it twice during our nine day trip. We couldn't get the barbeque over 200 degrees, even with all burners on. We had lots of internet issues. Management should identify the router location and the fix to assist guests. There is an elevator, but you can't use it, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. The house has three levels.
