Experience the ultimate waterfront getaway at this stunning bayfront property in Anna Maria. With breathtaking views of the bay, inviting outdoor spaces, and plenty of amenities, this home is the perfect retreat for family and friends. Two kayaks and a paddle board are included for guests to enjoy exploring the calm bay waters right from the backyard.

The main floor features an open-concept living area with sweeping water views that extend out over a large sun deck. This level includes a master bedroom with a King bed and TV, as well as a second bedroom with a California King and TV. Both rooms share a convenient hallway bathroom.

The lower level offers a third bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and direct pool patio access, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Step outside to your private tropical oasis. The heated pool and expansive deck provide plenty of space to relax, dine, and gather. Whether it’s morning coffee on the sun deck, afternoons by the pool, or sunrise views over the bay, the outdoor areas are designed for making the most of the Anna Maria Island lifestyle.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. First Time on Anna Maria

Location was perfect on the quieter side of the island. Beach and pool were great & our teens spent most of their time outside and riding bikes all over the island. Short walk to City Pier. Location made this a great spot for a family/friend vacation.

Absolutely amazing

We loved the location, being on the bay side of the island is quiet, very private and you still have an amazing view. You look straight ahead to the skyway bridge which is lit up at night. The pelicans, ospreys and herons frequently flew over and we saw dolphins several times. We spent a lot of time around the pool and hot tub. We ate our meals at the bar which is sheltered from the rain and sun. The upstairs living area is small but sufficient for four adults. Beds are comfortable. I recommend renting a golf cart. This is a great way to get to the beach or restaurants. Splurged for a special occasion and I have no regrets on choosing this beautiful property.

Property was awesome all around! I would definitely recommend always wearing shoes with tread on the property. Everyone in my family slipped/fell several times on deck, stairs and underneath the house.

Amazing house on the bay in Anna Maria

This house is incredible. The pictures really don't do it justice. The view of the bay and the Sunshine Skyway is wonderful to wake up to every morning. Outside is an incredible pool and hot tub that we used every day. It also has a bar and TV so we watched our football game from the tub! They have kayaks and paddleboards and these comfortable hammocks as well. Lastly, we played pool on their outdoor pool table. It really has every amenity you can image and is right on the beach. The house is close to the shops and all the restaurants on Anna Maria. We loved it so much we already booked it for the same week next year!!! Thank you.

Great stay

We had an amazing time at the house. It was very nicely decorated and clean. Everything worked fine. The two outdoor decks were huge. Pool deck level was our favorite, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub, lounging in the shade, kids playing in the pool. Views were amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this property. A couple of things to know about the location that I didn’t realize would make a difference: it is on the East side of the island. The good beaches are on the west. The beach was very narrow and sand was mucky, more of an intercoastal type of shoreline. We didn’t spend too much time on the actual beach there, we headed over to the big white sandy beaches on the west side of the island. Also because it’s on the east side it was very windy, west side was way calmer. Not sure if it’s like that year around, our stay was early November. Our only complaint is downstairs room had a very loud and annoying dripping sound from condenser AC line in closet, it was hard to sleep thru, had to wear ear plugs. Other than that it’s a great little beach house.
