    This home is ideally located only one block off Pine Street, where you'll find an assortment of local boutiques, casual eateries, and fine island dining. Various beaches are also well within your reach, including the white sand shores of the Gulf of Mexico (three blocks away) and the famous Bean Point (one mile northwest). Take a fishing trip to Rod and Reel Pier while enjoying views of the bay, and find plenty of live music and island events on Bridge Street nearby.



    Things To Know:

    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Excellent location. Property was cleaned but some places definitely needed attention. There was no body wash in the primary room as listed on the site. Definitely need to reconsider the amount of paper towel and toilet paper provided when they are hosting groups of 4 or more. Overall great place, location is everything, cleanliness need some work. Price competitive, not the best.

The location was great and the house just right for what we needed; however, we were not made aware of some issues that were in the process of being addressed (fridge being replaced due to broken freezer and it making loud noises, and the dryer was also broken), which negatively impacted our experience. These are likely fixed now. The staff was very responsive, but due to staffing coverage some were confused and it took a while to receive a confirmed answer.Garage door was off the track when we arrived, which would've have been a bigger issue if we had multiple cars. It was prioritized for repair quickly, but did impact our experience.Lastly, the private pool and balcony and great, but be warned of the mosquitoes.

The communication prior to check-in was excellent. Unfortunately, once we arrived, it was very difficult to get a response. The garage door was broken and would not open, so we were unable to park our cars inside. I called about the issue but never received a callback.The house also did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was trash on the floor, the floors themselves were dirty, and there was dog hair throughout the home, including in the pool skimmer. I am allergic to dogs, and the dog hair caused a significant allergic reaction during our stay. I also emailed about the cleanliness concerns but did not receive a follow up response.On the positive side, the home is very spacious and has a great layout. It was especially nice that each bedroom with a king-size bed had its own bathroom, which worked well for our group.Overall, the property has a lot of potential, but the lack of cleanliness and the lack of communication after check-in made for a disappointing experience.

I booked a 4-night stay in a 3-bedroom home on Anna Maria Island to celebrate my 65th birthday with my family. It was a special occasion, and the home was certainly not inexpensive. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not being maintained to the standard that was advertised. Before my family came inside, I did a quick walk-through. The landscaping was overgrown, the front steps felt unstable, and the front door and railing were dirty and worn. Inside, the house was disappointing. There was sand on the floors and couch, broken lamps, stained furniture covered with dog hair, a closet door hanging off its hinges, heavily scuffed walls, worn rugs full of sand, glitter across the wood floors, and kitchen pans with dried food still on them. The primary bedroom mattress had a noisy plastic cover that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.For a beach house, the amenities were also lacking. We were provided only six bath towels and six pool towels, one for each guest. There were no beach chairs, umbrellas, or a beach wagon. The pool contained sand, and long black hair was floating on the surface. We were also told we would have garage access but were never given the access code. The most concerning issue came on Wednesday when I discovered the kitchen range was infested with small ants that were traveling across the stovetop and disappearing into a hole in the wall.

Great place for a summer girls trip!

I loved how bright and sunny it was. I loved the view of the sunsets from the balcony. Plenty of spacious rooms for all the girls to sleep and hangout. I also loved the private pool.

Lovely island getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria at this home. It was ideal for our family gathering, clean, spacious, with ample places to lounge. You cannot beat the location, a quick walk to the beach or the bay. Cites shops and restaurants all around.

Great stay on a wonderful island

Wonderful, clean house. We stayed here with our three children and my dad and all had a great time. Kids loved the toys in the garage, we loved the location, and the kitchen was very easy to navigate for family meals.

Wonderful house

This home is in a FANTASTIC location. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home. I do agree with others the table chairs have stains but everything else was perfect. I would definitely rent this home again. It was perfect for our stay.

Beach Lovers Delight

Great location on a quiet street - just 2 blocks to the Gulf or 3 blocks to the Bay. Watched the sun set over the Gulf most nights beside the Sandbar Restaurant. Also just 2 blocks to famed Jinny and Jane E's café /beach shop for coffee and homemade pastries. Beach fun, reading, relaxing, recharging.

Enjoyed the location

The house was conveniently located between the bay and the ocean, as well as within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our visit to the area. The house was very clean inside upon our arrival, but the pool and the outside area could have been cleaner.
