The Seashell Cottage is where you belong! Built in 1925, during the historical age of the roaring 20's, not long after the mainland bridge was completed no longer requiring a boat to access the island.

The adventure begins with the lovely, yellow exterior adorned with white Bermuda shutters and a vintage peacock blue front door, and it continues through the charming home with built-in shelving and wainscoting interior. It continues with a romantic, short stroll down Palmetto Ave to the breath taking gulf beach or walk down Gulf Dr and discover a variety of local restaurants and island stores.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in or you can make use of the gas grill out back. The back porch is surround by lush tropical foliage and is the perfect place to enjoy your meals while catching a gulf breeze and breathing in the salt air! After a day in the sand, the outdoor shower is refreshing delight.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest room offers a set of twin size beds and it's own ensuite bathroom. The cozy coastal living room has a pull out couch for additional sleeping and is the perfect spot for a fun night in and movie watching on the 40" smart TV.

You can't beat the accommodations this home offers! Towels, linen, fresh sheets and amenities are here including , washer/dryer, cable, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fenced in back yard for your furry family members.

Dogs are considered part of the family and are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.
