Welcome to Coquina Cottage! Relax stress-free in this two-bedroom ground level duplex accommodation with water views, across from Bay Front Park and within walking distance of Bean Point, gulf beaches, restaurants, bars, and shopping on Pine Avenue. Coquina Cottage is on the north-end of the Island in the City of Anna Maria. Enjoy the views of the bay and night-lit Sunshine Skyway bridge from the screened in porch.
Enter this quiet, ground level home through the lanai, equipped with a dining area and seating for six.

EXTERIOR

Out front, there is a large, roomy, screened in porch with plenty of seating. Wash off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. A small yard is out back with lush vegetation and a gas grill for cooking your catch of the day. Stroll down to the end of Pine Avenue (0.3 miles or 6 minutes) and grab the free Island trolley to venture farther afield. For fishing and dining, Coquina Cottage is in between and a short walk (0.3 miles or 6 minutes) to the Rod and Reel Pier and Anna Maria City Pier. It is a pleasant 9-minute walk (0.5 miles) to Bean Point.

There are two parking spots assigned for this property.

This property welcomes any day arrival and short stays for the months of mid-August through January. Other months require manager approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

The pool heat is included in your stay for reservations between October to April. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

Best section of the island. Right across from beach. Like that the accommodation was more casual beach vibe.

Great location right across the road from the bay, close to restaurants as well. We had a couple minor issues, but Duncan was very responsive to make everything right as quickly as possible. Highly recommend any Duncan property. The pool was newly built and a great addition. It was perfect for the windy days where the beach wasn’t ideal.

The property was very clean and kept us satisfied during our week long stay. We also enjoyed the pool. However, the house was not worth the amount of money we paid for the week. It definitely needs some updates throughout. We could hear the upstairs floorboards creak every time the other occupants moved. The house is also situated on a busy and loud front street. Overall, 4/5 stars.

We loved the location right across from the bay and being close to Bean Point, which became our favorite beach. The 2 bedrooms were very spacious and was the perfect size for our family. We can’t wait to come back!

The location of this property is amazing and so convenient to the beach. Nothing blocks your view! The cottage is cozy and just what we needed as a family of four. The wagon, chairs, and cooler provided were also great to have.

My friend and I brought our daughters for their senior spring break! The house was perfect for our stay! Location was great, bay view, easy walk to city pier, pine street and bean point beaches! Kitchen is small but very functional and very well stocked! There are no board games or cards provided so if you like games in the evenings you may want to take your own! Amenities did not mention hairdryer but there is one so no need to pack one! The host, Duncan Realtor, was fantastic and much appreciated!!! Planning another trip in July and very possibly staying here again! It was a great trip!
