Beach Don't Kill My Vibe is a funky new boho-themed apartment in the heart of Anna Maria. Located right next door to the forever-popular Donut Experiment, breakfast is at your fingertips. While this apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette - featuring a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, double induction cooktop, Keurig coffee maker and toaster - you won't ever feel the need to cook with all of the numerous Pine Avenue dining options just steps from your door. For alfresco dining at home, this unit also offers a small private deck with an outdoor dining table, chairs and propane grill.

Sleeping arrangements include a spacious King bedroom well as a Queen guestroom across the hall. You will find Roku TV in both bedrooms. The living room features a 70 inch smart TV for you to access your own streaming services. There's plenty of seating for everyone in the open concept living and dining area with sectional sofa, dining table and chairs.

The beautiful powder-white north end beach is literally just steps away. A short walk west down Pine Ave (less than one block) will take you to the public beach access. A beach cart, chairs and umbrella is provided for you. You will also find the free island trolley stop located conveniently across the street from the apartment. The trolley will take you anywhere you wish to go on the island, so no car is even needed when you stay in this premium location!

Although located on the main strip, Beach Don't Kill My Vibe will be a peaceful and private haven for your getaway. Since this home is located in the back of the main property and upstairs, you will have your own secluded oasis. Behind the building, relax in the tropical private yard under the twinkling string lights or test your skills on the 3 hole putting green.

This vacation rental is perfect for your short stay on Anna Maria. One night, a weekend or a full week, we will accommodate you!

PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not for guest use. There is a designated parking space which can accommodate only one vehicle. NO charging of electric vehicles including Telsas, Golf Carts, etc. If you wish to rent a golf cart it must be gas powered.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
