Four king beds, a private guest house, and a heated pool with spa in a lush, fully fenced backyard. White Pearl sits on the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island, a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Pine Avenue and to Bayfront Park. The detached guest house has its own king bed and ensuite bath, so one couple gets real privacy. Sleeps 10 with a living-room sofa bed. Full kitchen, laundry, grill, and beach gear. Dogs welcome.

THE LAYOUT
A bright, open main house with a dining table for eight and large doors that open straight to the pool deck. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, a five-burner stove, and a tucked-away washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the loft is its own retreat with a king bed, sitting area, TV, and a spa-style bath with a clawfoot tub. Out back, the guest house has a king bed, sofa, TV, coffee bar, mini fridge, and private ensuite bath.

- Bedroom 2 (main house): king, back porch access
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs loft): king, sitting area, TV, ensuite with clawfoot tub

- Living room: sofa bed
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 share the main bath, with a double vanity and walk-in shower. 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10.

OUTSIDE
A private heated pool with sun shelf, a spa, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table under the trees, all inside a fully fenced yard. Good for dogs, kids, and quiet morning coffee.

LOCATION
The quiet end of the island. Pine Avenue's shops, galleries, and restaurants are a short walk, and Bayfront Park, the City Pier, and the Rod and Reel Pier are close by on the bay side. The Gulf beaches are a walk across the island, and the free trolley runs the length of Anna Maria.

GETTING AROUND
Rent a new six-seat golf cart for your stay, with Apple CarPlay, built-in speakers, and a cooler in the back. It's the easiest way to hop between the beach, Pine Avenue, and Bridge Street without hunting for parking. Available for a separate fee. Just message me after you book.
